Processing and Shipping

Most in-stock orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days after the order is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays.

Free U.S. Shipping

​

We are pleased to offer free shipping and handling on all orders within the United States.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Protective Packaging

​

Every piece is packaged with care to help protect it during transit:

• Artwork printed on paper is securely wrapped and packaged in a sturdy mailing tube.

• Canvas artwork is carefully protected and shipped in a durable, flat cardboard box.

Orders With Multiple Items

​

Whenever possible, all items in a multiple-product order will be shipped together. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the available products may be shipped first, followed by the remaining item as soon as it becomes available. Please contact us if you prefer to have your entire order shipped together.

Returns and Order Concerns

​

Your satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept eligible returns for artwork that arrives damaged, has a workmanship defect, or differs from the item ordered.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and assist you. We may request photographs of the artwork and packaging to help us resolve your concern promptly.
