Website content may be viewed and used only for personal shopping and placing orders through AndreArt.com. No artwork, images, or other website materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card transactions are securely processed through PayPal, and AndreArt.com does not add a surcharge for credit card purchases.

Please provide the billing address and telephone number associated with your credit card account. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the processing of your order. Your card will be charged according to the payment terms displayed during checkout.

Payment by Check or Money Order

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, company checks, and personal checks in U.S. dollars.

Orders paid by money order or cashier’s check will be processed after payment is received. Please allow up to 10 banking days for personal and company checks to clear before an order is processed.

Artwork availability cannot be guaranteed while payment is pending. A $25 fee will apply to returned checks.

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep product availability current. However, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If any part of your order is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with an update. Available items may be shipped separately as they become ready. You may cancel an unshipped item before it enters the shipping process.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for additional details.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

We work carefully to ensure that product descriptions, availability, and prices are accurate. Occasionally, typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occur.

AndreArt.com reserves the right to correct errors and refuse or cancel an order placed for an incorrectly priced or described item—even if the order has already been confirmed. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected when required by law. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees not collected during checkout.
